How to Pay Bills using Pesapal

At its core, Pesapal seeks to provide a simple, safe and secure way for individuals and businesses to make and accept payments in Africa. With the advancement of  technology, digital modes of payments are now in high demand by consumers and service providers. As such, Pesapal bridges the gaps between several merchants and their markets by providing an array of mobile money payment platforms.

PAYING BILLS ON PESAPAL
Telco bills and payments
 Pesapal facilitates airtime and postpaid bill payments to clients such as Safaricom PLC, Telkom KE, FYBA, MTN & Airtel KE from their subscribers. The payments are majorly done through our pay bill numbers 220220 & 330330 (In Kenya). Mreover, clients can transact to pay their bills through their Airtel money accounts.
Jamii Telecom subscribers can also pay for their internet bundles through the aforementioned pay bills. 

For prompt processing of the above payments, we advise clients to indicate the account numbers with the appropriate prefixes e.g. AIRT0732345678 for Airtel prepaid airtime. This action allows our backend systems to assign transactions to the correct backends thus posting them correctly.

Internet Subscription Payments
Clients can also settle their internet subscription bills through the pay bills 330330 and 220220. Such payments are usually made to Jamii Telecom or Zuku with the prefixes JTLK or ZUKU respectively.

TV Bills
Pesapal also processes payments to Zuku for their clients' TV subscriptions using the pay bill 220220. Previously, we also processed GOTv and  DSTV payments before this was discontinued in early 2022.
